The 2010 front page picture was taken close to the Grand Canyon of Verdon in France. In the background you see the Lac de Ste Croix. This is a man made lake created in the middle of the 1970. You might also see the village Les Salles sur Verdon at its new site. It was moved from the original spot which was flooded in 1973 when the lake was filled.
